Quality of clothing is hit or miss. Since the clothes are coming from China, delivery takes 2-3 weeks. I had 3 out of 4 items that didn’t either fit or were of poor quality fabric, so I wanted to return them. First, they request you complete an RMA online with proof (like a photo) of each returned item.
Then you wait a day for their reply to your return request. Next, they offer you a discount on the items if you agree to keep them! If you still want a refund, then you wait another day for their reply and information on where to return the items.
They try again to get you to agree to keep the items at a new discounted price but include information on where to return them. You must have tracking for the package, so after mailing the items back, you must log into your account again to give them the tracking information! This was all a huge hassle for me, and it cost me $16 dollars to return the items. Totally not worth the trouble, in my opinion.

I ordered xxl. The suit was too big. Exchanged it for a large, which is what I normally wear. It is perfect. The exchange process was VERY smooth. Amazing customer service. I followed all instructions carefully and paid $7 for return shipping. The price of the suit plus the $7 is still way less than buying the suit in a retail store. The suit is VERY well made. Good thick material. It was an easy transaction from start to finish. Great customer service.

I have ordered several swimsuits from this company. Sizes are inconsistent, so you never know what size to order. So far, nothing has fit. I’m waiting for my latest purchase to arrive. If this one doesn’t fit, it’s the last time I will be ordering from this company. Items take several weeks to arrive even when you pay the extra amount to expedite. (Don’t bother). The last item I ordered was promised by (the latest) April 21.
Today is April 26, and I have not received my merchandise. They do send an email with shipping information and tracking. However, the site times out, so you have no idea if and when your items will arrive. When you check on their website and look for information about your order, you get this message: “Unfortunately, we are unable to get the tracking information yet.
Please try to track it online by the mentioned tracking number and link”. The so-called link, as I mentioned before, times out. The presentation online for their merchandise looks great, but in reality…not so much.

I was a bit worried as I read previous reviews following making an order. However, the items arrived ten days after ordering, and they are great. I did make sure I read the conversion size chart to ensure I got the right UK size, and I did go for a size larger as I realised I was dealing with Asian sizing, which is normally on the small size. I have made another order.

3. APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff. Modlily apologize that military address(APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please provide an alternative address. They also don’t deliver to below countries, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. If you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section instead of state or province section.
4. Custom Tax or Duty
Normally Modlily customers will not be charged any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariffs. If there are any duties or fees due to customs inspections or any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment and contact Modlily customer service by submitting a ticket.
5. Delivery
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we receive your payment. Modlily will also e-mail you if there are any unsuccessful delivery.
Please contact Modlily within six months of shipment if there is no receipt or delivery; their representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

- Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, or unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
- Modlily does not accept returned items you sent back directly without checking with them first.
- Modlily does not accept packages returned using the C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in their country.
- For the returns, No signature is required! Please do not add signature service; otherwise, Modlily will likely not receive it, which will delay your refund progress.
- Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. Modlily will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through their ticket system or online chat!
How to return the order?
- Log in “My Order“, then submit a ticket for a return & refund.
- Their customer service will communicate with you in the ticket and approve your application. Please pay attention to the reply they send every time.
- After the application is approved, you will get the Return Address and RMA number in the ticket.
- Pack the items you want to return and ship them back by any shipping company available, like FedEx, TNT, DHL, or UPS. Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
- This is the most important step; please send them your return tracking number and shipping company by ticket. Without this info, they can’t apply any refund for a return.
- You can also track the package online; then, you will know when the package is delivered to them.
7. Once they have received the returned item(s), their customer service will apply the refund in 7 working days.
- It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card. Or 1-3 working days in Paypal (normally in 48 hours), depending on the original way you used it.

How to exchange the order
They will send a return address first; you could return the original items. Once you have returned the order, please send the return information, and then they will arrange the resend immediately.
Can you have a full refund for the return?
They will offer a full refund of the items you returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
How long will it take to get my refund?
- The refund will be issued within seven business days upon receipt by their warehouse and verified conditions of the items.
